"JUDGE DEMANDS SIEGE DOCUMENTS"

WASHINGTON - A new documentary on the 51-day siege of the Branch Davidian
compound near Waco in 1993 contends that federal agents used an explosive
device to blast a gaping hole in a bunker holding women and children.

The two-hour film, previewed yesterday for the media and Washington
officials, also asserts that government agents fired bullets at the
"back" [backside/unseen] of Mount Carmel as it burned on the last day
of the siege, making it impossible for followers of "cult-leader" David
Koresh to [be able to] escape. That has [many, many times?] been asserted
in the past by "various people" associated with this
[particulr siege." [etc.]

The FBI and other federal agencies have [long-since] denied that they
had any role in the Davidian"s deaths. [etc., etc., etc.]

The [video] documentary also suggests that:

[1] Electronic bugs in the compound gave agents advance knowledge that
Koresh and his followers planned to burn Mount Carmel if attacked. The
[federal] government has denied that it knew of those
intentions.

[2] Agents fired from helicopters at a Branch Davidian just hours before the
[pre-planed] final raid [strike] began.

[3] [And; please to "GET THIS!!!!"] Former White House aid Vince
Foster [ref: "Clintonian body-count/s"] KEPT "FIRST LADY?" HILLARY
RODHAM CLINTON INFORMED of "events at Waco." [please, just "give us a break
here?!!!!!"

[4] Two people (U.S. military) [captured on said video?] rolled out from
under a tank during the final raid and fired shots at the [Branch Davidian]
compound. The "film-makers" used [had used] infra-
red surveillance videotape analyzed [has been analyzed] by an "expert,"
Edward Allard [U.S. Army Intelligence?], a former U.S. Army
night-vision lab supervisor, to teach "that [the] conclusion." Allard
[said Edward Allard] said the two [U.S. military?] people FIRED AT LEAST 62
ROUNDS!!!!! [at Branch Davidians]

"JUDGE DEMANDS SIEGE DOCUMENTS"

WACO - A federal judge has [now] threattened to hold the government in
contempt unless all fedderal documents on the Branch Davidian standoff are
released within two weeks.

It is the second time in two months that judge Walter Smith has warned the
government against resisting his August order to surrender
all federal information on the 51-day siege. [at Mount Carmel]

Smith, who is presiding over a wrongful-death case filed against the
government by surviving Branch Davidians, originally ordered the evidence
surrendered to his Waco court by October 1, 1999. He had
extended the deadline to November 1, 1999, after federal agencies cited
difficulty in providing the [said] documents.
