Thanks for the news, I am glad it is getting out with more truths. Please make use of these additional important points .....
Overcrowded Jails, Mental institutions, and Prisons, etc. The jails are bad up here in Vermont also, but as like across the Nation, the reason why they are so pitiful, is, franchise depletes even the monies alotted for proper hygiene and food belonging to the inmates, used elsewhere; not for them. Not to mention the facilities and institutions have to be kept filled because it means money for outside sources. At a minimum of $500. a day per bed space, $3,000 a day to run wasted courts, etc. the monies do not go for quality needed sleeping furnishings, bedding etc. I have seen, as a political prisoner, ( case Christian v. State dismissed due to States' fear of news media coverage,) pillows were antique and smelly hard as a rock, the grotesque mattresses, you had to do your best to pad so that one did not have to feel the springs underneath, of the metal frame, if blessed with a bed, and hopefully enough sheets or blankets to keepcovered, warm and clean. Bathrooms were smokey, and one would have to hold your breath as long as possible when using it. Non smokers had to suffer cleaning up the trashey ashes, etc. from others. Trees' were cut down in the cubby hole of a yard,
to deplete little contact with nature, and razor sharp barb wire extended in large circles to more than cut off any beauty left in the sky surrounded by cement. Cigarettes were marketed, along with toiletry needs, but if no one assisted an inmate with monies, and if a political prisoner with no sentence, no ten cents an hour would be given to the political prisoner, for their forced labors, even injuried, as if the NWO guards had to force the inmate to violate their own morals in order to survive.
Many were compelled to do things they hated, to survive, or take care of themselves, or maintain contact outside. Many inmates were jailed unfairly, or so others could obtain properties, hide crime, hide abuse; especially Social Services, could obtain children and do it by using the "legalized pens to destroy life" via Psychs and misconduct. Bribes with officers took place, harlotry and homosexuality was not unnoticed. I saw the mens' ward, which looked like a smokey haven of emergency victims, tripple bunked, crowded like
sardines, and some on bare, cold cement floors. Many who had illnesses, or injuries were purposefully neglected the medical attentions they needed to protect the States or inside abuse from numerous entitities of the system, or to force too many of the inmates into psychotropic medications for brainwashing techniques and mainstreaming the population into zombie, drug dependant positions in order to ease their pain, heartache, lonliness, discrimination, persecution, alienation, drown sorrows, commit suicide, be
used for future concentration camp experiments and especially to coverup for the crimes of our Jackal Maritime courts and the true thieves, abusers and murderers rewarded by our government and crooked officers.
The so called health gymnasium was not only poorly lit, but vision was difficult because of the smokey atmosphere, no windows, circumventing the heating duct, or air system as like in many of the mediocre classrooms. If the inmates didn't make it to sign up for the following day short outdoor recess, for any reason; they were forbidden to go outside for a needed short attempt to find fresh air there, because inmates were allowed to smoke, there also. If the guards didn't feel like walking a little distance in the cold weather or if shortage of guards, one could not get exercise by walking very far.
Food was overcooked, filled with chemicals, and many were allowed to push and cut in the line, so they would be able to eat. The crippled accepted being nearly last, to avoid further pain, or embarrassment. So, sometimes five minutes was all the time allowed to eat. One might go without any food at all, from around twelve hours, unless having money for an evening franchise food machine; cigarettes, soda, coffee and unhealthy snacks. Inmates needing clothing etc. had to sometimes wait for two weeks, to go to a second hand
cave quick rummage, or for some booking individual to decide to hand over the inmates belongings, or for permission to send requests home, if blessed with anyone to receive mail, if mail was mailed. Inmates had to always put all requests, repeatedly in for days awaiting for the simplist of needs even for aspirin. Some of the biggest excitement would be to go for Trazadone give outs at night and in the morning, to get high. If one did not know phone numbers, or if a political prisoner, might never have phone priveleges
even to call a lawyer, especially if injured there or in sheriff transport. Nurses rarely wrote what was obvious, upon clients' physical examinations, to keep their jobs; despite some surplus materials could have eased pain. Staff officials, seem to do their best to push inmates into post traumatic syndrome or violence. State Hospital Clinics, linked with the jails, and psych wards all push psychotropic meds and use the guise of misdiagnosis, speculative theories, to lay groundwork to destroy reputations and eventually, to catapult Americans into the micro chip, for NWO control.
If inmates or clients do not submit to their diagnosis, even when proven bogus, the victims are threatened loss of children, never to get out of imprisonment, or never to see their loved ones, or that they will get a Court
order ( with unconstitutional judges) and Force drug the inmates. Later to make home visits to see to it, the medicine is taken, as ordered or injections to follow, if micro chip not planted as of yet.
For many targetted inside, secret trials, or hearings are held to repeatedly pit the inmates and clients before a crooked panel regarding incurred bogus reports and "so called" made up findings, to hold the experimented ones in constant fear day by day, to see how much they can take. The jails treat many worse than dogs. The sad thing is, wicked ruling egos are built up, via subserviant desperate inmates and clients, often turned against the innocent in order to survive, and thus, poor behavior again, is rewarded on a facade of good caring government housekeeping. I have witnessed all of this, mostly first hand. Inotherwords, our Jails, and other places that have institutionalized our people are more designed as a forerunner for concentration camps than for justice.
The Police intervention regarding victims speaking to the news media before them, and in turn allowing the police to know what media source the victim has intended to contact ; appears to be more of a protective plan for the increased NWO Police State (ever since the civil war) against the people until the Socialistic government can finally control all of the media, to cover up for legalized crime, by stopping the story, or possibly taint the situation.It would seem strange that any Police officer would request prior notice first, on behalf of the best interests of the needy; fully knowing that the media is nearly bought out in behalf of the people. Up here in Vermont the
fearfulc corrupt or negligent media most always covers up for the crimes of the System, even when they were fully equipped with evidence in behalf of the innocent, instead of printing an article to help protect the victim, make up all sorts of excuses, yet; misquoting truth to ruin the innocent. Degradation, slander, ruined reputations, and protection of the true guilty is a comraderie escapade up here, and can go on for years; never to be restituted for the victim; many lives lost; and families destroyed. We are talking about television, radio, local & National newspapers, and Associated Press. The police are often given full reign, in the Maritime courts, the streets, and the media. The victim rarely has any say that is printed; and most suredly if given a slight chance to say something, it is the least important or is buried under newsreporters' ability to paint an untruthful picture guised as their rights to belief ( in untruth) . The news media up here for the most part appear to love making the big bucks, while babies and children are stolen, kidnapped, abused, etc. They are even noted for distorting the color images of a photograph to make one appear crazy to coincide with mental health bogus reports, and totally twist a court case around when property issues are at stake especially involving numerous Tyrannical Politicians and State officials who have been involved in Legalized crime for years.
Therefore, I recommend if a victim can find a reporter to interview them, go to the media first with a witness, record the session, make them sign that they interviewed you, and sign to your written statement about your case, including get receipts of the copies of any evidence you leave with them, and that everything is dated, to hold them and the paper accountable. If the truth is not printed then, spread your own newspapers, fliers, boycotts, and educational material around. It might be the only thing that can save yours and your families' life. Just make sure you have the evidence or have witnessed what you print. Do not base anything on conjecture (no guessing) or feelings; and especially not on gossip. Also, make sure the police, courts, psychs. lawyers, etc. also sign their reciept of your copy of the case situation. Accountability with Truth, will finally stand.
If our Socialistic (Communistic) : courts , police, welfare, medical and mental health system, were clean swept and brought back to justice and accountability, as Article Three Constitution Common Law Courts for the
people, honoring our original u.s. Constitutional Rights, we wouldn't have hardly any problems with our jails, neither would we need more of them; if anything, they would be diminished, improved, health standards brought up, and people would not be forced into crime, that often times, is not really crime. This is true in Ohio also and I am sure it is the same in every state.
There is BIG BUCKS in the running of 'facilities' {Just ask THE COMMISSIONERS} These are the birds that oversee this FUNDING and decide where,when and to whom the monies go to and what it is used for!
The COMMISSIONERS are the ones that decide IF facilities are 'up to minimal standard' and if they do NOT have Federal Agreement {Contract} for Funding {Government Funding for Penal Facilities}and ONLY their own 'Minimal Standards' is
usually where they fine line and get away with what they are doing.....UNTIL someone addresses THEM {And boy will they whine, deny, lie,and plead ignorance} but it goes from them down to the Sherrif, the Auditor,and the local Counsel. From there it starts going back up to Regional then State.
One needs to go request copies of the The facilities Minimal Standards and Procedures, {locally} Also The 'States' Code of Minimal Standards.{ Call respective Congress Rep and get names and info on directly getting this info. I have little if any faith in the Commrads in Congress or the Senate but they will often at least look into matters and enquiry from their offices alert 'local' facility overseers that they can be exposed which sometimes 'but not often' cause them to make 'Some' adjustments in their proceedures that will make things a little better for a little while for the inmates.Inmates should be notified to watch for 'changes and keep notes to be put in affidavits.' Interesting info is found in the Immigration and Naturalization Dept.{which is what the Facilities' Operate

Another thing that will help get info out is that inmates can file Writs of Habeas Corpus {written on any type of paper} and all should demand their INDIVIDUAL COPIES OF THE STATEMENTS OF THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS] Which by the way IS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN TO THEM WHEN ARRESTED. Pastors or 'others' should go in and 'Counsel' inmates and let them them know that they {the inmates} can write Affidavits disclosing treatment or lack of rights being administered, verbal,mental and physical abuses etc. Often when an inmate is leaving...they will take out affidavits of remaining prisoners which should then be given to appropriate parties and acted upon. These can be made made public by taking them before the COMMISSIONERS at their COMMISSIONERS MEETINGS. Once they have been documented and signed and sealed by N.R. copies should be made and originals kept in a safe place! Don't be surprised to be flanked by law enforcement agents when going to these meetings...it can get really tense! It isn't easy but it is doing something and in many instances results are immediate. Especially in smaller communities. God Bless the wrongfully held {Especially those that are Christians}and we all know that many if not MOST of them are there because of the 'New' color of law garbage that even the facilities know little about...except they have new powers under it and enjoy abusing them without fear of accountability or retribution....until People get the fact in their heads that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!

The worst to me is cockroaches as big as a man's hand. Oh God....that makes me sick. I sent him info how to get the state health, and animal service, and fire marshals to act on this and the Center for Disease Control . The system is trying to infect as many MEN as possible. Seattle's Mayor Paul Schell has ordered the Seattle Center closed due to terrorism threats. Earth Changes TV has been able to gain access to this event of this new years eve show down.
This opportunity was just too enticing to pass up. The Earth Changes TV crew, including myself, are very much aware of the danger involved. Anything could happen. I could not help but be there to cover it. Perhaps part of my zeal comes from not being willing to be a victim of terrorism threats to keep us hiding in our little caves of presumed
safety. The other incentive is an ongoing gnawing thought the terrorism threat is nothing more than a cover to keep everyone in their homes due to the "real" threat, Y2K.
Just minuets ago, the National Guard has been called in to Seattle to surround the downtown area due to possible Y2K civil unrest. This could be the first sign of "Martial Law" announced all around the nation.
Either way, Earth Changes TV will be there to cover it all.

Seattle's New Year's Eve Celebration Canceled...12/28/99
SEATTLE (AP) -- The mayor has scrubbed the city's planned New Year's Eve celebration below its trademark Space Needle, where an estimated 50,000 people had been expected to gather.
"We do not want to take chances with public safety," Mayor Paul Schell said Monday. While federal officials have not advised of any specific threat to the city, "it is safer to be prudent," he said.
The 20-acre Seattle Center, which spans below the sky-dotting Needle just off the city's downtown, is a traditional gathering point for New Year's Eve revelers.
Afternoon concerts and a circus performance will go ahead as planned on Friday, and fireworks will still pour from the Space Needle at midnight. But the Center will be cleared and the gates locked at 6 p.m., Schell told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer for its Tuesday editions.
Only a private function atop the Needle will be allowed to go ahead, he said.
The city's nerves have been strained in recent weeks by tumultuous, sometimes violent World Trade Organization protests, and news that a man arrested at the U.S.-Canadian border with alleged bomb-making materials had booked a hotel room near Seattle Center.
